Further Information: We operate a Returns & Refund policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by email or through our Contact Us page.

Unwanted Goods

Please return goods unused, unopened and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 30 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods. ie. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs (both shipping out & returned).

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;

All sex toys, where the packaging/ box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed
Hosiery which has been used and where the seal is broken
Face Coverings, due to hygiene.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please note: All sex toys are shipped directly from the warehouse in the UK, therefore all returns for these item(s) are subject to their approval & their decision is final. Please purchase these items at your own discretion.

If any of the goods are deemed to be faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.

When you the customer arranges for the return of goods to OMG Adult World, you are responsible for any returned shipping costs & any damages that may occur during transport back to the warehouse.

Please note: All faulty item(s) must be returned in order to issue a refund, we can’t offer any refunds without receiving the product back to hand as these item(s) will then be forwarded on to the manufacturer for inspection.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item which will be quoted to you at the time.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

We process all refunds the same day we receive the goods back via PayPal. (Excluding sex toys where the refund will be processed upon approval from our warehouse)
